Shipping policy

Bramble & Bear™ Soap Co. currently ships orders within the United States.

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Our regular shipping days are Monday through Thursday.

Orders placed Friday through Sunday will be prepared for shipment at the beginning of the following week. During warmer months, we avoid unnecessary weekend transit whenever possible to help limit extended time in transit.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Orders of $55 or more qualify for free shipping.

Processing times may vary during holidays, seasonal launches, limited releases, or other high-volume periods.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information. Please allow time for the carrier to scan your package and update tracking details.

Bramble & Bear™ Soap Co. is not responsible for carrier delays, incorrect addresses entered at checkout, or packages marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package appears delayed, missing, or misdelivered, please contact the carrier first using your tracking information.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging.
