Bramble and Bear™ Soap Co. currently ships orders within the United States.

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–5 business days. Processing times may vary slightly during holidays, seasonal launches, limited releases, or high-volume periods.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Orders of $100 or more qualify for free shipping.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information when available. Please allow time for the carrier to scan and update tracking details.

Bramble and Bear Soap Co. is not responsible for carrier delays, incorrect addresses entered at checkout, or packages marked delivered by the carrier. If your package appears delayed, missing, or misdelivered, please contact the carrier first using your tracking information.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging.
